I’m looking for someone easy going, not fussy and clean to take up the master room with ensuite bath. Room is furnished with queen sized bed, built in wardrobe, air conditioned and has wifi!
Location wise, it is along East Coast Road, opposite the catholic church of the Holy Family. From the outside, the apartment looks like a landed property but it’s actually a 2 storey walk up apartment. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful.
Transportation isn’t much of an issue as there direct buses running in to Orchard, Bugis, Shenton Way, Tanjong Pagar, Marina Bay, Suntec City, Changi Business Park, Tampines, Bedok.
Ameneties are aplenty as we are situated in the heart of Katong, aka The Food Paradise. There are 24 hours convienient stores 2 mins away, pubs, atms, banks. The nearest shopping centre within walking distance is Parkway Parade. It’ll take about a 10 mins stroll to get to Parkway.
