S$50/day for single person / S$60/day for 2 persons
Add : 1 time cleaning services $20.00

Option B: ( Ceiling Fan )
$45/day for single person / $50/day for 2 persons
Add : 1 time cleaning services $20.00

Reservation of a room is Solely done by a Holding Deposit of $80 – $200 depending on length of stay.
( Deposit will be refund upon departure )

Term & Conditions:-
Preferably females or Couples.
a) Strictly for NO smoking, NO pets, NO cook, NO friends allow to walk in & basic house rules applied
b) For all kind of people with civic-minded and tidy tenants only
c) Free once a week laundry for above 1 week Rent
d) 2 Weeks Rental – 5% / Rebate/ Mthly rental – 10%

Rental includes : rental includes utility bill ( water & electricity ) Share Bathroom, Water Heater , Free Wireless Wifi , Refrigerator storage for cold drinks, Free Coffee & Tea.

Full payment in SG dollar for the rental dates to be made on the first day of moving in.
