It’s fully furnished with air-condition and we would have our own private entrance plus a spacious patio.

Minimum 6 mths lease. Strictly professionals only. Rent: $850/pax or $1250/2 pax.

MUST BE ABLE TO LIVE WITH CATS.

Utilities and Internet included. It’s close to the city. A 10 mins bus ride to the MRT station and another 15-20mins train ride to Orchard Rd. Cab rides wouldn’t cost much either(that’s how I get around).
